IPhone 4 verification

Im trying to sign in on my restated iPhone 4 and it's asking for a verification. Then I go on my Mac hit allow and it shows a code. The problem is there is nowhere to type in the verification code.

If you see a password box, enter the password (ABC) followed by the code (123) or ABC123 (no spaces).
