Get magnifier instead of paste option.

I use to be able to long press and select paste (to paste copied text) but now I just get a magnifier instead, I have tried to reset all my settings but still get magnifier.

iPhone 5s, iOS 12

How to get rid of the black border when pasting an image on Preview? I use preview to edit images, usually for memes and jokes. Before the update, I could use the lasso tool to simply copy and paste parts of the image with no problem. Missing "Full Page" screenshot option (aka scrolling screenshot) Currently, a workaround for this is NOT launching the app from a folder to get the Full Page option to show up when you do the screenshot shortcut. Is there a plan to fix this? Is there a way to make the option show up when you launch a given app from a folder? - Fyi, search 'full page screenshot' or 'scrolling screenshot' in the forums and you'll see how many people pressed 'me too' on them.
