iPhone 11 Pro Max camera fogginess

The iPhone 11 Pro Max is advertised that it can withstand no more than 13 feet deep of water for no longer than 30 mins. My phone was dropped in 2 feet of water for maybe 5 seconds, I immediately dried it off and blew the water out of all the crevices. My Face ID immediately stopped working, and maybe 2 hours later my back camera started getting foggy. Now a day later, my back camera is clear but my front camera is now foggy. Everything else on the phone works except for the Face ID!!! Extremely frustrating, I’ve called Apple twice but have been put on hold IMMEDIATELY for at least an hour. Someone help I’m over this!!!

Hello jadyn227,

Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If we understand correctly, you are unable to use Face ID on your iPhone, as your front camera isn't working as expected. To help with this, please make sure you clean your iPhone as recommended and other steps in these Apple resources, and then setup service for your iPhone.
