i get a notice my malwarerbytes program will bee incompatible wit a future operating system.
so i looked into malwarebytes with no clear avenue as what to do. i am a computer idiot.
so what should i do now?

Nothing for now. The notification is to let you know the current version of Malwarebytes will not run in Big Sur or later. It's likely Malwarebytes will be working on an update.
Go to the Malwarebytes site and download the free version of Malwarebytes, 4.4.11. It runs on Big Sur.
Don't worry. The developers will release an upgrade when the time arrives. If you are not running Catalina, then you need to upgrade to the current version of Malwarebytes before upgrading macOS to Catalina.
