I have installed Catalina 10.15.5 but the new Battery Health option is not available. I have a MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015).

The Battery Health tool is only available for computers with Thunderbolt 3. Yours has Thunderbolt 2.
(By the way, it looks like you may need a new battery ...)
