Cannot access passcode on iPhone SE

I'm not sure what rectangular bars you are referring to, but perhaps it is the figure in the "Remove the passcode on iPhone SE (1st generation), and iPhone 6s and earlier" section in:

• Can you please Take Another picture, zooming in on the bottom, where the words and the lines are?

Can you provide a screenshot, and attach it as a reply to this post. That might help. I am not certain what these "rectangular-shaped bars at bottom of screen" you mention are.
