After waiting two weeks to reset my Apple ID password so I can download the latest macOS Catalina, it now wants me to enter my Administrator password, which is apparently different to my Apple password. It gives me a clue, & when I type in the answer - the only possible answer it can be - I'm still locked out. Does anyone know how I can fix this issue? Thanks!

You need the user password to sign into your Mac, not the Apple ID password.
User Password Reset – Apple ID.
The Admin password is you Mac Account password if you are the administrator on that Mac.

Thanks, that's what I thought, it makes sense. Which means there's something awry with my Mac because I just waited two weeks to change my Apple password & it's not working as my Administrator password. Looks like a phone call to Apple on Monday. Thanks for your help!
