I gave my iphone xs max to apple service centre for repair as the face id was stop working now i am worried after the repair my iphone would be still water resistant any more or not?

They are not water resistant to the level suggested by the rating, and the small print also says it is not permanent and water leaks are not covered under warranty.'
So don't get it wet is best advice.
But don't test the water resistance according to the IP level. Water damage is not covered by warranty.

just here to tell you guys that my iphone has been replaced by apple give me new iphone but I am not sure it’s actually refurbished or new. iphone is packed in the small thin box with new serial number.
You got a service replacement. It may be new. It may be remanufactured.
There is no way that you or anyone at Apple can tell the difference.
