Camera issues

My Flash and Camera comes on black when I try to take a picture and the flash don’t work either.

my front camera works perfectly.

iPhone 5s, iOS 12

Brand new just got the phone yesterday, set everything up then saw the front camera wasn’t working it’s just a black screen, I tried resetting it, reset the settings, flipped the camera, closed app, everything that was recommended to me and it still doesn’t work
