Greetings to the Apple Support Community,
My first iPhone was an iPhone 5s. It was broken then I switched to an iPhone 6s with the same Apple ID. But unfortunately, my previous iPhone no longer shows up under my Apple ID devices tab. And I had it backed up through iTunes on my laptop, that backup has also disappeared. Kindly help how can I retrieve that backup and restore it on my current iPhone.
