Ipad mini no ringtone for Facetime

Suddenly I have had incoming facetime on my IPad, but I can not hear any ringtone. This has happened for a periode over 1 month, and the result is that I see too late that someone has contacted me. I don’t know what to do to get the ringtone working again. Anyone who have some tips what to do?
