How can I delete my I cloud memory?

Welcome to the Apple Community.
That depends on what's there, usually you would do it for each app from the the storage settings:
Settings ➔ Apple ID(Top) ➔ iCloud ➔ Manage Storage.
You do realise if you delete content from iCloud it will also be deleted from your devices that are using iCloud for those apps.
