Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
This is a complaint on the replacement device given by Apple.... Can someone help me to rid off the issue ???

Thanks for your post! We understand that your device is producing poor audio when on calls. We understand that this is a replacement device provided by Apple. Is there any plastic film on the device still? If there is, remove the protector, then if the issue persists, refer here:

Thanks for the response. We see that your device is showing temperature warnings. Does this issue occur under certain circumstances or is it random? If you haven't already, refer to the article below.

Thanks but still the temperature warning message has come even on the replacement device also within 10 months ..... Even the service center not ready to accept the device due to COVID lockdown at Bengaluru yesterday.
Not happy with the experience from Apple iPhone 6s. It’s like spending the money on new brand mobile who trials on customer’s money.
Still looking forward for the prompt response and service from Apple.....
Receiver not hearing the sound when am speaking on the loudspeaker.... Also the incoming voice call sound is also very poor
