I purchased a new SE a few weeks ago and I do not like the phone. I went to exchange it with a iPhone X but the store has closed again due to Covid. How can I exchange my phone?

Since a "few weeks" is at least 21 days, you had already passed the 14 day "no questions" return/exchange policy. Your only option is to sell the SE and then purchase the X.
You have two weeks to return the phone after the date you purchased, you can not exchange.

After that you cannot refund or exchange.
During Covid Apple has been available to help with refunds even with stores being closed.

I was told that due to the store closures, Apple will support case by case customer requests. I assume this is one of those cases where it makes since to take a closer look at my request. Thanks in advance.
I came into the store less than two weeks after purchase. Apple has cancelled in store operations due to Covid. I would like to know how to return/exchange the phone.
Call AppleCare and ask to be transferred to the Customer Service Department and see what they say.
If they refund your money then you can use it to find a used iPhone X somewhere.
