Thanks for contacting Apple Support Communities. We understand that you aren't able to send or receive group messages on your iPhone 11 Pro. It's possible that the setting for MMS Messaging isn't enabled. You can check this by tapping Settings> Messages> enable MMS Messaging and Group Messaging. If you don't see an option for MMS Messaging or Group Messaging, contact your carrier to see if your plan supports it.
