Why is my iPhone not connecting to my local Cell service provider.

My iPhone keeps losing connectivity from my local cell provider. I have enough data and the cell tower is within range. The issue is with my cellphone (iPhone XS).

Nobody can answer why this is happening. You have to troubleshoot to isolate the issue (which could be with the cell service, regardless of whether you have "enough data" and are within range of a tower).

Try Apple's steps in https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201415, then contact your carrier to make sure they're not having a service issue and there are no problems with your account on their end.
