I have i phone 6, and I have to download IOS 13, in order to download the application for IMMUNI CORONA. How can I download if this version is not compatible with my I phone 6?

You can't.

Your iPhone doesn't go higher than iOS 12.4.7

If You need that App; You have to buy a new iPhone.
