Photos not in "Apps Using iCloud"

I recently noticed that I had lost access to some shared albums, shared between my wife and I on iCloud. When checking the Photos app, I realised that recent photos also hadn't uploaded to iCloud and synced.

On checking settings, going through Settings > My Name > iCloud, Photos no longer appears in the list of "Apps Using iCloud!" On my wife's iPhone it's at the top of that list. I've tried restarting, and everything is fully updated. Photos were working absolutely fine until around a week ago.

Has anyone encountered this before?

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 13

Do you have restrictions enabled?

Is your phone supplied by work?

Aha! You’re right; in the restrictions list in the installed profile, the company policy has disabled iCloud Photos. I have no idea why that would be part of the policy! I think I’ll lose the work apps until there’s a bit of a change there by IT. Thank you!

Correct! It does on my wife’s phone, but it’s disappeared from mine.

If you go to Settings > Name > iCloud > you don't see Photos at the top?

No, it’s a personal phone. It has a couple of work apps controlled by the MS Company Portal app on it, but to my knowledge that’s only controlling Office, Outlook etc. I’ll check its permissions...
