My friend sent me her playlist but now can’t see it on her phone. Her music appears to be gone from her phone but appears on mine.

My mother in law shared her playlists with me but now can’t see any of her music on her phone. I can see it all on my phone.

We understand the sender of the playlists can no longer see music on their device.


We would recommend ensuring Apple Music and 'Sync Library' are enabled under: Settings > Music.


If this is the case, we would recommend signing out of the iTunes & App Stores by going to: Settings > [Name] > iTunes & App Stores > [Apple ID] > Sign Out, then Restart your iPhone, then sign back in.
