What can I do if I sell an Apple Watch I unlink it and in the end they do not pay it can be blocked in another way

If the activation lock is off the watch then there's nothing you can do except report the person you sold it to to the police.

Correct that I did but I thought that through Apple it could be blocked with the serial number thank you very much
