MacBook Pro seems not to turn on

Greetings to everyone, MacBook Pro seems not to turn on. and shows no start up signs like fan, keyboard lights. But when the charger is plugged in, the charging light in the USB turns green. Have tried the steps above, but nothing seems to be working
