Revert back to iOS 13.5.1?
I downloaded the iOS 14 public beta, excited. But have been unable to open Pokémon go since. How does one revert back to 13.5.1?

Then you did something wrong.
Follow the steps in the article. Including the part where you delete the profile from the iPhone, and you put the iPhone in recovery mode.
Those steps are the only way to remove the beta without having to wait for a new release version.
