Go to apple.com, scroll to the bottom of the page, and look under Apple Store. Click Order Status and see if you can change it there.
Where are you trying to get faster shipping from? More information would help.

If it is a new model iPad, it may not be available until then. Manufacturing delay caused by a new model.
