Can’t change /edit payment options

Hi. I cannot change my payment option. In my iPhone payment options is always with the family organizer credit card account. I already removed myself from the family sharing. I also updated my payment options in the Apple website —I successfully removed the credit of the faintly organizer and replaced it with my credit card.

At present, i still cannot Edit my payment options and the payment options of the family organizer is still there.
