Replacing Battery on MacBook Pro 15" Mid 2015 model

Will they only replace the battery, or will they replace the entire upper case? I'm getting conflicting reports on exactly what will be changed out.

I need a new battery, but I also have a broken key and would like to limit the amount of repairs I have to get if getting the battery changed will also include them replacing my upper case/keyboard as well.
