I I have a MacBook, I deleted a file, even from the trash section, is there a solution that I can bring it back ?

No chance unless you use Time Machine to back up your MacBook Pro. If you do then you can recover that file from Time Machine. I have a feeling that you do not have a recent backup of your MacBook Pro. If my assumption is correct then unfortunately you have lost your deleted file.

Some recover apps work however they are entirely dependent on whether your computer wrote something else in the space that the deleted file once occupied. Feel free to do some Google research on those apps and then make a decision. Maybe someone else may read this and offer up a suggestion however I do not have much experience with the recovery apps since I have never needed them even during my Windows days.
