How do I find out which card on my Apple ID a subscription charged to?

On your iPhone open Settings ➔ Apple ID (Your Name at Top) ➔ Payment & Shipping ➔ Here you will see your card listed under Payment Method. That is the card that is being used to pay for subscriptions that you purchased from the App Store.
