Iphone XS MAX Dual SIM Issues: Disconnections on WhatsApp/Facetime/Zoom Calls

Hi Apple Community,

I am facing an issue on my iPhone XS MAX with Dual SIM enabled, Where my WhatsApp calls (or other Scoial calling Apps Zoom, FB Massenger, Facetime etc..) gets frequent discoonections (Reconnecting message on screen) during the Video/Audio calls. Followings are settings on my device.

eSIM: Primary with Cellular Data enabled, LTE & VOLTE ON

Physical SIM: Secondary with Data enabled, LTE & VOLTE ON

Cellular Data: Primary and Allow cellular Swicthing is off.

issues:

1- When both SIM VOLTE is ON, I get frequent disconnections on VOIP calls

2- When seIM is LTE & VOLTE, whereas Phaysical SIM is LTE & VOLTE Off then during whatsapp call if i recieve an SMS on physical SIM card then my WhatsApp calls goes to "reconnecting"

3- If All Data Swicthing is ON, then i face WhatsApp calls "reconnecting regardless of SMS.

4- When Physical SIM turned Off, WhatsApp calls work perfect fine.

Appreciate Sharing if anyone else faced this issue and what was solution applied.
