iPad Pro 2018 Unable To Charge Suddenly

Is anyone having issues with iPad Pro 2018 not being able to charge for the last few days? When plugged in, it just shows the battery critically low icon on screen. It’s been like that for the last couple of hours.

I’m unable to restart or reset the device. I’ve checked the cables and chargers - they work fine on other devices. Is there anything I can do to try restarting?
