How to check original iphone battery?

Hi, My iPhone battery was changed but i don't know is it original. How can checked is it original or fake battery ? [ can i check it by serial number? ]

If it was not done by Apple or an authorized service provider, it is not "original".

Apple does not sell iPhone parts, including batteries.

At best, it would be a battery salvaged from another iPhone that failed or was damaged.

there is s Mac app called Coconut Battery which will give you battery details when connected by USB.

It is no more expensive to have Apple replace the battery on 6S and newer then you are sure of a genuine chipped battery

The Settings, Battery function may fail on a non Apple battery.
