i cant connect my ipad to itunes on my pc
Pleas could someone help me I get this error when I try and connect to iTunes on my pc with my iPad, my iPhone connects without a problem

Have you tried restarting both devices to see if that helps?
If so, have you been able to test using a different cable?
Are there any other iOS devices available that connect as expected?
