How can I upgrade to Catalina from El Capitan ???

I have an IMac (20 inch mid 2007) and currently using vision 10.11.6 (El Capitan). How do I upgrade to the latest version Catalina ?

That iMac model can't be upgraded past El Capitan. Catalina requires a 2012 or newer Mac(2013 for desktop Mac Pros).
