Is there any way to track your watch if it's no longer connected to your phone?

Or to shut it down so no one else can use it.

My watch was stolen from work back in Dec 2019.

If it isn’t connected to WiFi there is no way to track it. If you were using Find My then is someone tries to use it they will run into Activation Lock.
