wheel ipod is locked on do not disconnect
HOW do i get my wheel ipod out of a locked screen, it wont reset and its stuck with the do not connect symbol on the screen

Try toggling the lock button several times, then see if you can reset it by pressing the Menu+Select buttons for six seconds. Failing that allow the iPod to fully discharge so that the display goes blank and there is no response to pressing buttons. It should reset when you recharge it.
