Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

How do I unlock my phone with iTunes and the App Store?

Apple has shut off my ability to install new apps, update old apps, and blocked iTunes for months now. I am not sure how this happened but I can’t seem to contact Apple to unlock my phone.

How do I do this?

"Contact Apple Support for help.

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," there might be a problem with the payment method that you have on file.

When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Instead, contact Apple Support for help."


If that Support link is what you are referring to, try the appropriate phone number for your location listed in: Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support
