My Other Storage is Taking up 23GBs
My other storage is taking up 23 out of 32GB, I don’t have safari so it’s not the Safari Cache and none of my apps are taking up much storage and neither are my texts. please help.

When this happens you have corrupt data on your phone. The best way to resolve this is to backup your iPhone, then restore it from backup. This works and I have helped countless people with this.
