My iPad is not charging when I charger it sometimes is says on the screen iPad not charging

Hey anyone has a fix for my problem

my iPad is sometimes charging but some times not and now it won’t work for me and it said at the beginning when I plugged my charger in it was charging but changed fast and said on the screen IPad Not Charging please give me a solution my iPad is on 3 percent
