I already tranfer everything to my new Ipad but the candy crush app didnt transfer to my level what can I do

There is nothing which Apple can do. The support can only be provided through the game its-self. Game data doesn't always transfer in backups unless backed up to the cloud. Do you have a log-in for Candy Crush perhaps, it might be saved on there?
