I am struggling to use the zoom app. everytime i join a conference call i just get the spinning wheel of death. it wasn't the case when i first started issuing the app. what might be the issue?

Are you running any VPN, Anti-Virus, or Cleaning apps?
Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode?
Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches & loads safe Drivers, & prevents loading of 3rd party extensions, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.
Any luck yet?
