Why has my iphone locked for 50 years?

I have an iPhone 4 which used to use. I had a different apple ID for that phone why is why, the other day I booted it up to look for some photos that were on it. This phone had been left for over a year uncharged, but when it eventually booted up it said that it is disabled. currently I can try again in 26,239,440 minutes (about 49.9 years). Does anyone know why or how this could happen and if its fixable without erasing it or waiting 50 years.

You will have to erase the phone and if you didn't backup your pictures or sync them with iCloud, they are gone.
