I have an Iphone 5, the device is disabled, I follow the instructions from apple suppport page but without success.
it keep showing the sane message connect with iTunes but it doesn't even gives me the option.

yes but when i get to the step of connecting and press the side button it goes back to the same message: IPhone is disabled
