Is there a way I can remove the iOS 14 update?

is there a way i can remove the ios 14 update? i saw there was a way you can download it easily and i did it but when im on face time with certain people and i go off to like SnapChat or Instagram my screen completely freezes and i have to wait for my phone to die so it will restart and my phone will work again. i really need to know how to remove it!! thank you!!
