iPhone 11 ProMax and Phonak Marvel Hearing aids

I have tried for hours to connect these hearing aids through bluetooth, to no avail. Now it seems as if there is some incompatibility between Phonak and iPhone 11. Need to confirm this information before starting to return my new hearing aids.
