How to remove password manager shortcut bar on top of my keyboard? My shortcut keyboard setting was already turned off

Go to:

Settings>Passwords & Accounts>AutoFill Passwords

From there you can turn off the AutoFill password option. This will remove the little key you see on your iPad keyboard.

Oh go to Settings>Chrome (or Google Chrome)>AutoFill then turn off any options that are turned on there. Hope this helps
