For Apple to tell you that they don’t cover it? That makes sense. I have seen so many people post about how the back glass has broken on them and the only way to have it replaced is by replacing the phone with Apple or your insurance Apple care plus you hey two screen fixes and pay a deductible

Yes, For me also in 5 months the rear glass of I phone Pro max damaged. When I contacted the service they told both front and rear glass has to be replaced and that cost 365 OMR ( 950 USD) in Muscat -Oman

Yes mine has broken only after having it a few months and I didn’t even drop the thing. The whole back just shattered. I’m seeing that it’s very common in iPhone pro max.
