Hi i have an Apple A1470 EMC 2635. Well thats the Model number on the underside. Its a white box about 200mm tall and looks like an external hard drive but I'm not sure how to use it or what its application is for. Does anyone know ? is there a user guide somewhere ? Have checked apple.com but can't seem to find it.

The A1470 is the last generation for the Airport series, discontinued in early 2018. That model number corresponds to an Airport Time Capsule.
Its a networked backup device. It Can backup your Mac computer over wifi or ethernet network using Time Machine.
