MacBook Pro stuck on loading screen

My computer started slowing down immensely so to fix it I attempted to factory reset it, after following all the steps it gets stuck on a black screen with the Apple logo and a loading bar then it goes to a grey screen with a message saying that MacOS couldn’t be reinstalled and then back to the same black screen as before, what do I do?
