Administrator Account
My laptop does not come with an administrator account therefore I cannot make any changes in settings. Can someone tell me how to make a new administrator account.

If you bought a used computer, then boot into Recovery Mode or Internet Recovery Mode to perform a clean reinstall of macOS by first using Disk Utility to erase the physical drive.
