You can sign out of the one you are using and sign in with the one you want to use. You can try setting up Family Sharing between the IDs if you want to be able to share purchases made with the IDs.

Not quite sure what you’re asking about...

Log out of the current, and log into the other Apple ID.

If you’re having issues with specific apps, delete the app and re-download (re-purchsse) the app from the other Apple ID.

If you’re on a device associated with a different Apple ID, you’ll generally have to wipe and re-install to change that ID.
