subscription refund

Grammarly.com has debited an annual subscription amount. They beat me to it by a day as I had planned to cancel this very expensive account. Purchased through the iTunes Store. I would like to request a refund and cancel the account. I live in South Africa and cannot phone any international call centre. Email or live chat would be fine.
